“Un quarto posto al Mugello certamente non ci soddisfa del tutto ma in ogni caso, soprattutto alla fine, abbiamo visto una bella gara. Casey ha dimostrato carattere, aveva capito di non avere il ritmo per lottare per il podio, ha aspettato il momento giusto e alla fine ha ottenuto il miglior risultato possibile. Per qualche motivo, che andremo ad analizzare, non aveva più il “grip” che ci aspettavamo dopo le modifiche che avevamo fatto questa mattina, ma ha comunque ottimizzato ciò che aveva a disposizione. Nicky è stato penalizzato da una partenza non eccezionale e nella foga di recuperare è arrivato lungo in una curva ed è caduto. Però complessivamente ha dimostrato ancora una volta di avere un passo competitivo che infatti si è concretizzato in un’altra ottima qualifica e in un inizio di gara in cui comunque ha lottato nei primi cinque”.
