“Al Sachsenring il giro è cortissimo e la prima parte è molto stretta, molto tecnica, probabilmente la combinazione di curve più lenta che incontriamo durante tutta la stagione. Le curve 1, 2 , 3 , 4, sono da prima marcia, roba da … parcheggio! La parte posteriore al contrario è molto veloce. Poi c’è una delle curve più belle della MotoGP, quella che chiamano “Waterfall”: arrivi in quinta marcia in una discesa in picchiata che finisce in una curva cieca e in quel punto non si può essere indecisi o si perdono diversi decimi. E’ una pista che mi piace molto, sulla carta una delle mie preferite. Mi piacciono le curve che girano a sinistra e questa è piena di curve in quella direzione. In questa pista è quindi molto importante, per quanto riguarda le gomme, avere la doppia mescola”.
